Thank you for choosing RIVAL USA. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating any return.
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
All eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
2. Returns for Website Purchases
If you purchased directly through our website, you must contact us in advance to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
Refunds will only be issued for pre-authorized returns.
3. Returns for Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased a RIVAL product from a third-party website or reseller, please contact that seller directly for return assistance. We cannot process returns for items purchased outside of our website.
4. Receiving Your Product
Upon delivery, please verify that all components and hardware are present before removing any factory parts (e.g., bumper or skid plate) from your vehicle. If any items are missing, contact us with photos; we will send replacements when possible.
While we strive to ship all items complete, if any components are missing, we will do our best to promptly send replacements. However, we recognize the inconvenience of having your daily driver immobilized and strongly advise confirming the contents first.
5. Box Damage & Product Inspection
Please do not return a product solely due to damage to the outer packaging. Although we share your frustration with mishandling by couriers, our inner packaging is engineered to protect your product.
Before requesting a return or replacement, please confirm whether the actual product is damaged. We reserve the right to request photos or videos of the packaging and product before authorizing a return or replacement.
6. Opened Packaging & Product Condition
An open or repacked box does not necessarily indicate that the product is used. To maintain high quality standards, we occasionally open packages to:

Perform random inspections upon factory arrival

Insert additional essential components or hardware
7. Minor Cosmetic Imperfections
Some minor imperfections in the coating may occur during manufacturing and do not affect functionality. Returns may be declined for such cosmetic flaws. If you believe the imperfection is excessive, please send us photos for evaluation, and we will determine the appropriate resolution.
8. Returns Due to RIVAL Error
If your return is the result of an error on our part, such as manufacturing defect, or incorrect item, we will:

Provide a prepaid return shipping label, and

Refund your original shipping charges (if applicable)
To qualify, you must report the issue within 30 days of delivery and may be asked for supporting photos or videos.
9. Returns Due to Customer Preference (Change of Mind)
If you are returning a product because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or decide not to install after purchase - and installation has not been completed - the following applies:

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund;

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

All returned items must be:

In new, undamaged, and uninstalled condition

Returned in their original packaging

Securely packaged to prevent shipping damage
Items that have been installed, partially installed, used, or show signs of installation or wear are ineligible for refund under the change-of-mind policy. All returns are subject to inspection prior to refund approval.
10. Returns After Attempted Installation Or Modification
If a customer begins installation or disassembles factory parts but then wishes to return due to difficulty or deciding not to complete the install (i.e., “I tried but found it hard / changed my mind”), then this will be treated as a change-of-mind return:

Because installation was attempted, the product must still be in fully original condition (no damage, no missing parts, no evidence of use) to be eligible. If the product shows evidence of use, wear, installation damage, or modifications, will be deemed ineligible or subject to additional deduction.
