If you wish to return a product, please familiarize with our Return Policy and contact us in advance to obtain a Return Authorization.  Once approved we will provide you with return shipping instructions. 

Refunds will only be issued for returns that have been pre-authorized.

If you received a product with visible packaging damage, we ask that you open the package and check the product for damage prior to requesting a return. We understand shipping concerns arise when packaging is damaged however, our inner packaging is designed to withstand various delivery conditions.
