Upon receiving the product, we suggest verifying that all parts and components are present in your package before proceeding to remove any factory bumper, skid plate, or other part from your vehicle. While we will make every effort to promptly ship any replacement parts in the unlikely event of missing components from the factory, we understand you would like to avoid having your daily driver disassembled and immobilized.

Kindly refrain from returning any product solely due to box damage. Although we share your dissatisfaction with courier handling, our inner packaging is designed to withstand various delivery methods. Before initiating a return with us or a third-party seller, please ensure the actual product is damaged. We reserve the right to request photos and videos of the package before granting authorization for a return or replacement.


If the reason for the return is a fault of ours (damaged product, production error, wrong product shipped) we will issue you a return label and we will take care of the freight cost. We retain the right to request photos/videos as evidence of the issue.

If the reason for the return is that you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, but have not installed the product yet, you will bear the return shipping costs and may be subjected to a restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (in the event that we provide you with the return label). If the product has already been installed, we are unable to accommodate the return request.

All goods must be returned in new/undamaged/unfitted condition in original packaging. Buyer must ensure goods are packaged well as not to be damaged in return freight. Items will be inspected before refund is processed.

Original shipping costs (if applicable for your original order) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
