Roof Hole Enlargement Required: The four factory holes in the roof will need to be enlarged from their existing 6mm size to 8mm to accommodate our stronger bolts, ensuring safety and load capacity.
Installation Time: The longest part of the installation process involves partially disassembling the interior to access the roof holes. The entire process, from unboxing to completion, typically takes around 4 to 6 hours.

Tap Recommendation: It’s good practice to use a tap on all included hardware and bracketry, or run the bolts into the nut plates a few times before installation to ensure ease of final assembly. We use zinc flake coating on all fasteners, and there may be some residual coating left in the threads.
